9 months

RJ has now turned 9 months old, it is really hard to believe. It is amazing to see how much he is doing now and how much of a personality he has developed (and what a personality it is). He does not sit still for more than a minute and is exploring everything, some good some bad. RJ has also figured out who is a sucker (Matt) and uses it to his advantage. He also got a little injury at daycare (under his nose and on his forehead), since he pulls himself up onto everything and then lets go forgetting that he can not walk. I think walking is in our very near future, he even stands without aid. I think I will be using Hogan's old kennel. He is hard to keep up with just ask anyone who has watched him for more than a minute.....it is really funny to see his 6 month pregnant Aunt Linz try and keep up. RJ wins every time.

VDay at Daycare

Today RJ had Vday at daycare complete with exchanging of valentines. The teachers refer to my son as their little Tom Cruise, they also say he likes to hang out in the Jungle Room. This is the next level at daycare (12 months) this room is filled with ALL little girls not one boy. I call it the Cougar room (guess he is like his dad and likes older women). The teachers say he loves to go over there and the girls like it when he comes over. He dances with the girls and has snack time (show off). His daddy thinks this is great, I think that it is the start of trouble.

Brothers

These may be the cutest pictures ever, or at least I think so. RJ is hanging out with his big brother, Hogan. Now that RJ is crawling I think Hogan is hoping that he was still sitting still. RJ knows how to "pet" Hogan and he crawls after him so he can "pet" poor Hogan just sits there until RJ is done. Now RJ also found that Hogan has different toys so he tries to borrow Hogan's toys. Hogan does not take RJ's, but we are still teaching RJ to be just as good.

Aunt Linz

Aunt Linz is doing well and so is baby Rushing. She is starting to be uncomfortable and having problems sleeping. The good news is that she has not been having any issues with her own health other than the little guy making her sick. The baby shower is going to be May 9 so the planning will start soon. We will report as soon as Aunt Linz and Uncle Joe pick out a name, hopefully before baby Rushing shows up.

Crawling and Teeth all in one weekend

It has been a very big weekend for RJ, on Friday night he crawled between Matt and I. Saturday he was off, I am excited about his new found movement and already know this is going to be a problem. Grammy was nice enough to work with RJ on saying up, so now he crawls over to you and says "up". Saturday we located two bottom teeth, so there goes his cute little grin now he will look like a little pumpkin.
